Sub: Fraud of ‘The Cooperative Engineers Town

Respected Sir,
I am an oversea
Pakistani and stern admirer of your administrative skill and member of PMLN
also. Inspite of this I am a citizen of Pakistan and request your honour for
justice only. Hence, following facts are submitted for your kind attention and
justice please:-
1. That
I am the owner of Plot No.153-E/1 Block-E, Sector ‘A’ measuring 10 Marla in the Cooperative Engineers Town Society
Ltd., 2nd Floor Commercial Centre, Block D-2, Sector ‘A’, Defence
Road, Lahore. The plot was properly transferred in my name after charging
transfer fee, and stamp duty etc by the society.
2. That
on 8th Sept 2012 my real brother and Power of Attorney Holder Mr.
Muhammad Dawood Abbasi, applied for the physical possession of the plot for
construction but the Secretary of the Society replied that the plot in question
was mortgaged with L.D.A and falls in L.D.A. jurisdiction. Hence, L.D.A may be
approached for the possession and denied to take any responsibility in this
regard.
3. That
at the time of transfer of plot in 2008 & 2009 it was assured by the
concerned transfer official of the society as well s the dealer that the block
is developed one and possession may be taken at any time for construction of
house.
4. That
by concealing the status of the plot as mortgaged at the time of transfer by
society, after minting transfer fee and full development charges is quite
unjustifiable and unwarranted amounts to fraud on part of the society.
5. That
when demarcation of plot without physical possession was requested it was
divulged by the staff that there is no road alongside the plot and the land is
left unattended.
6. When
contacted DG L.D.A. office they showed their reluctance to render any kind of
help or action.
Hence, under the given facts it is requested that
matter may kindly be got investigated to meet the ends of justice and
consequently the possession of the plot kindly be handed over to the applicant
for construction of the house at the earliest.
